lyrics
Chasing the story
That you have never heard
Till the end
Holding the hand
Until a better world
Rises from the sand
Dreamcircles of infinity
A conscious coma
Originate divinity
No free will, no triumph
Building ideals that never existed
Every dream becomes sick and twisted
Has the curtain lifted from my eyes
Or I am hearing imaginary cries
Ref.
Waking up
Just to walk
Eyes wide shut
To replace the old
I must obey my instinct
Telling me something is wrong
Real thoughts are extinct
I sleepwalk all along
I don’t need another leech in my brain
That sucks out my real self bit by bit
But searching for the answers alone is in the vain
It’s time to ascend from this pit

A picturesque landscape of blackened melodic metal from two stellar bands.
Amiensus displays their prowess with towering melodies intertwined amongst their ruinous brand of black metal. Oak Pantheon hits you with an almost, black metal meets heavy metal cadence and feel. Arrogant Bastard

I never cared about symphonic metal at all. I do very much care about folk as well as progressive metal, and so I couldn't resist after reading the third exceptional AMG review for Wilderun in a row. 'Sleep...' has been on my radar for quite some time, being graced by one of the most beckoning cover arts I have ever seen. The band more than lives up to its reputation, composing great musical pieces from start to finish. I absolutely love the multitude of influences being put together here. David Fischer
On the forthcoming Tombs album "All Empires Fall," the band expands their scope and range, balancing brutal riffs with melancholy melodies. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 29, 2016
Blinding, cinematic black metal with rich layers of synth make for an album sweeping in scope and punishing on impact. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 5, 2016

This is my favorite metal album of all time. The only bad thing is that the vocals are somewhat buried in the mix. Otherwise, the record perfectly blends a mix of metal genres with excellent songcraft. A record you'll listen to again and again. The Real Nick House
